Creating your account
GoAMS offers two account types: Individual for personal users and Legal Entity for companies and organizations. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
Account types
Before starting, understand the difference between the two account types available:
Individual
Ideal for individual users, freelancers or professionals who want to automate personal tasks.
Legal Entity
For companies and organizations. The person who signs up becomes the administrator and can invite other team members.
Creating an Individual account
Step 1: Go to the sign up page
Access the GoAMS website and click the "Sign Up" button in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 2: Select "Individual"
On the sign up page, select the "Individual" tab.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details
Enter the following information:
- Full name
- CPF (tax ID)
- Telephone
- Time zone
- Password
- Confirm password
Step 4: Confirm your email
After clicking "Sign Up", you will receive a verification code in your email. Enter this code in the field shown on the website to confirm your account.
Step 5: Set up MFA (mandatory)
For your security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory. On your first login, you will be asked to set up an authenticator app.
Creating a Legal Entity account
Step 1: Go to the sign up page
Access the GoAMS website and click the "Sign Up" button.
Step 2: Select "Legal Entity"
On the sign up page, select the "Legal Entity" tab. The registration is divided into two steps.
Step 3: Fill in company details (Step 1)
First, enter the company information:
- CNPJ (business tax ID)
- Company name
- Trade name
- Market segment
- Opening date
- ZIP code (CEP)
- City
- State
- Neighborhood
- Road/Street
- Number
- Complement (optional)
Step 4: Fill in administrator details (Step 2)
After clicking "Register Company", fill in the account administrator details:
- Full name
- CPF (tax ID)
- Telephone
- Time zone
- Password
- Confirm password
Step 5: Confirm your email
You will receive a verification code in the administrator's email. Enter this code in the field shown on the website to activate the account.
Step 6: Set up MFA (mandatory)
Multi-factor authentication is mandatory. Set up an authenticator app on your first login.
Legal Entity account via SSO (Google/Microsoft)
You can also create a Legal Entity account using SSO. This is faster and skips the manual email/password step.

On the sign up page, below the "Register Company" button, click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft".

Authorize access with your company Google or Microsoft account.

You will be redirected back to GoAMS. Complete the company details (CNPJ, company name, address, etc.).

Your account is ready. SSO accounts do not require manual MFA setup — the provider handles authentication security.
SSO advantage
With SSO, your company's identity provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) manages authentication. This means single sign-on for your team, centralized access control and no extra passwords to remember.
Setting up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Accounts created with email and password require MFA for added security. You need to install an authenticator app on your phone.
Step 1: Download an authenticator app
Install one of the following apps on your smartphone:
Step 2: Scan the QR code
On your first login, GoAMS will display a QR code on screen. Open the authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code.
Step 3: Enter the verification code
The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code in GoAMS to complete MFA setup.
Step 4: Save your backup codes
GoAMS will provide backup codes. Save them in a safe place — you can use them to sign in if you lose access to your phone.
Important
MFA is mandatory for all accounts created with email and password. SSO accounts (Google/Microsoft) do not need to set up MFA in GoAMS, as the identity provider handles this security layer.
